Ingredients

  • 1 (1/4 ounce) package plain gelatin
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 12 cups whipping cream or 1 (1 1/3 ounce) package Dream Whip
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • to taste graham cracker (amount you desire)

Directions

    Heat gelatin and salt in double boiler to dissolve the gelatin.

    Add egg yolks, sugar and salt to gelatin mixture and make hot.

    Cool quickly.

    Beat egg whites.

    Beat whipping cream or Dream Whip.

    Combine whites, whipped cream and vanilla.

    Fold into cool mixture and into cracker lined 9-inch square pan.
