- 2 whole graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp. evaporated skimmed milk
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
- 2 Tbsp. toasted wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Separate graham crackers into fourths, dividing along lines. Place in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet.

2Combine milk, brown sugar and margarine in a small saucepan.

3Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.

4Boil 1 minute.

5Stir in wheat germ, coconut and cinnamon.

6Spread evenly over graham crackers.

7Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden.

8Cool completely.
