- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped dates
- graham crackers
Directions

1Mix together the first 4 ingredients.

2Bring to boil; cook until thickened, about 4 minutes.

4Add coconut and dates.

5Place whole crackers in a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch pan. Pour the first mixture over crackers.

6Place another layer of crackers on top.
