- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 25 graham crackers
- 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. tiny marshmallows
Directions

1Beat the eggs and add sugar and margarine. Cook on low heat about 5 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Add the vanilla. Crush the graham crackers and combine with the marshmallows.

2Pour filling (cooled) over cracker/marshmallow mix and press into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish. Chill overnight.

3If desired, add 3/4 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup coconut.
