  • 2 cups rice brown, medium,cooked am
  • 13 cup green bell peppers
  • 13 cup onions chopped
  • 13 cup celery chopped
  • 2 each egg whites beaten
  • 13 cup cornmeal am
  • 13 cup oatmeal am
  • 1 cup wheat germ am
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari
  • 1 x seasonings to taste
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ am
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

    Combine first nine ingredients and season to taste.

    Mold into patties.

    Dust with flour and wheat germ mixture.

    In hot skillet brown in oil until brown on both sides.
