  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken/mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
  • corn flakes (about 1 c.); topping

Directions

    Put all in large bowl and mix.

    Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake covered 40 to 50 minutes.

    Sprinkle corn flakes on top and bake another 10 minutes.
