Ingredients

  • 2 c. grandburger
  • 2 c. chopped onions (saute)
  • 2 c. pecan meal
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 c. chopped green peppers (saute)
  • 6 to 8 eggs, beaten
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, drop on oiled pan and brown on both sides, gravy or sauce on bun.

    Place bouillon cubes in cup of hot water and pour over grandburgers.

    Serves 5 to 6.

    Cooking time: Browning turn.
