- 1 lb. lean pork, ground
- 1/2 lb. ground round beef
- 1 scant c. dry rice, boiled until partially done
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- cabbage leaves
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except cabbage leaves, and make balls. Wilt cabbage leaves in water.

2Use this juice for basting and 1 cup over pan of balls wrapped in wilted leaves.

3Bake 1/2 hour, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes and uncovered at 350°.
