  • 3 c. cornbread, crumbled
  • 2 c. dry bread, finely diced
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid, chopped (optional)

    Saute onions and celery in margarine until yellow.

    Mix with all ingredients and bake 30 minutes or until brown.

    Serves 6 generous portions.
