- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 small egg
Directions

1In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt with pastry blender. Cut in Crisco until it resembles coarse crumbs.

2In a small bowl, beat egg, cold water and cider vinegar, then add to flour mixture. Stir until dough forms a ball.

3Divide in half.

4Wrap in plastic wrap.

5Refrigerate 30 minutes.
