- 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 small onion, grated
- 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook macaroni; drain.

2Combine cheese, onion, milk, soup and pimentos, mixing well with the macaroni.

3Pour into greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

4Continue melted margarine and cracker crumbs, mixing well.

5Spread over macaroni mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
