  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
