  • 1 pt. corn (Silver Queen fresh or frozen)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • scant c. milk
  • 1/4 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, salt and pepper; add corn, then milk.

    Add melted butter or margarine.

    Pour into a greased baking dish.

    Set dish in a pan of cold water.

    Place in a cold oven.

    Set oven at 400°.

    When oven reaches 400°, reduce heat to 275° and cook until knife comes out clear, about 1 hour.
