  • 2 cakes yeast
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 7 1/2 c. sifted flour

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and put into refrigerator.

    Pinch off as needed to make biscuits.

    Be sure to let cold dough rise before baking.
