- 4 medium onions, diced (more, if desired)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Directions

1Place beef roast in covered pot.

2Cover with water.

3Cook 2/3 done.

4Remove, let cool and cut in small strips with kitchen shears.

5Replace meat and onions in broth and cook at gentle boil until meat begins to fall apart.

6Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire to taste.

7Serve over stiff rice or egg noodles.
