Ingredients
- 6 to 8 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. wheat germ (optional)
- 1 c. 7 grain cereal (optional)
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk (optional)
- 1 c. olive oil
- 1 c. honey
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Mix together oatmeal, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seed and optional ingredients thoroughly if used.

2Blend together olive oil, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour over first mixture. Mix well.

3Bake in 2 large pans (I use sheet cake pans) until lightly golden at approximately 300°, for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

4Serve warm or cool.

5May add raisins or other dried fruit after it has cooled.

6Store in large jar or cans in refrigerator if it won't be eaten in one week or so.
