- 2 1/2 c. oatmeal (old-fashioned), uncooked
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Stir together oatmeal, wheat germ and coconut.

2Heat oil and honey, stirring occasionally.

3Remove from heat; add vanilla and peanut butter.

4Blend well.

5Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.

6Spread on cookie sheet with sides.

7Bake at 225° for one hour.

8Cool.

9Break apart and stir in raisins with hands.

10Store tightly covered.
