- 1/2 c. oleo or butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

4Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients (sugar, honey, egg, flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, oats, coconut and nuts).

5This mixture will be thick.

6Press in prepared pan.

7Bake 20 minutes.

8Cool in pan. Cut into 32 bars.
