- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/3 c. dry milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 c. crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix brown sugar, honey, vanilla, oil and water.

2Heat to boiling point and cool.

3Then add the remaining dry ingredients. Pat into 9 x 9-inch buttered pan.

4Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Cool overnight.

5Cut into 16 bars with 210 calories each.
