Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. quick oats
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed
  • 1/3 c. dry milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 c. crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins

    Mix brown sugar, honey, vanilla, oil and water.

    Heat to boiling point and cool.

    Then add the remaining dry ingredients. Pat into 9 x 9-inch buttered pan.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Cool overnight.

    Cut into 16 bars with 210 calories each.
