  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 3/4 cups Walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt (approx.)
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 4 ounces, weight Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
  • 6 cups Grapes (washed And Dried)

Directions

    In a pan, heat the butter over medium to medium high heat. Add the walnuts and salt; mix. Toast for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Be careful not to burn. Usually, when you can smell the nuts, they are done. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Combine cream cheese and yogurt. Stir in brown sugar, then cooled walnuts. Add mixture to grapes (make sure grapes are dry).

    *Note: I use the 1/3 less fat cream cheese and light yogurt. It turns out great every time, but you're the cook in your kitchen so use what you like.
