- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped or grated
- 6 to 8 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix hamburger and onion.

4Sprinkle with garlic powder.

6Form hamburger mixture into small balls.
