- 2 c. milk, scalded
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter (add to warm milk to melt)
- 1/4 c. Grape-Nuts
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Pour Grape-Nuts into scalded milk and allow to stand in warm place for 10 minutes.

2Beat eggs and sugar together; stir into cooled Grape-Nuts.

3Add salt and vanilla.

4Pour into casserole dish.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

6Stir several times while baking.
