  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 whole Grapefruit, Peeled And Separated
  • 1/2 teaspoons Coarse Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Coarse Pepper
  • 3 stalks Cilantro, Coarsely Chopped

Directions

    Heat olive oil over low heat. Sautee garlic and crushed pepper flakes for 2-3 minutes. Set mixture aside.

    In a large bowl, gently remove membrane from grapefruit and remove segments. Add spice mixture, salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro.
