  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. creme de menthe
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • green food coloring

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine first 4 ingredients and beat until stiff.

    Fold in remaining ingredients.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls on foil-covered cookie sheets.

    Turn oven off and leave cookies in oven overnight.

    Store in tins between wax paper.

    May be frozen.
