- 1/4 cup Oleo, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. plain gelatin
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1/4 cup creme de cacao
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions

1Mix crust ingredients.

2Line pie plate and bake at 450F for 5 minutes.

4Soften gelatin in cream over hot water.

5Cool.

6Beat sugar into yolks.

7Add liquors, Add gelatin and mix well.

8Refrigerate for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.

9Whip cream and fold into thickened gelatin mixture.

10Pour into cooled cookie crust and chill until firm.

11Crushed mint flavored chocolate may be sprinkled on top.
