  • 32 large marshmallows or 3 c. small
  • 1/4 c. creme de menthe (green)
  • 3 Tbsp. creme de cacao (white)
  • 1 1/2 c. chilled whipped cream
  • 3 to 4 drops green food coloring
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs (fine)
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Melt marshmallows together with milk, stirring constantly over medium heat.

    Chill until thickened.

    Blend in liqueurs.

    Whip the cream until stiff; fold in marshmallow mixture and food coloring. Pour into crust.

    Chill for at least 5 hours.
