- 24 cream filled chocolate cookies, finely crushed
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- few drops peppermint extract
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
- 2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- green food coloring (few drops)
Directions

1Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter.

2Press into 9-inch spring-form pan, reserving 1/2 cup of mixture for topping. Gradually add milk, extract and food coloring to Kraft Marshmallow Creme, mixing until well blended.

3Fold in whipped cream.

4Pour into pan.

5Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

6Freeze.

7If desired, substitute 1/4 cup green creme de menthe for milk.

8(Omit peppermint extract and coloring.)
