  • 1 oz. butter
  • 1/4 pt. cream, chilled
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • green scallions, tops cut on the diagonal
  • pinch of paprika

Directions

    Place eggs in an egg carton and cut the tops off with an egg cutter.

    Empty eggs into bowl and rinse the shell with cold water, pulling the loose shell and membrane away from the top.

    Drain shell.
