  • 3 lb. potatoes (12 medium), peeled, cooked and hot
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. French onion dip

Directions

    Mash potatoes.

    Add cream cheese and butter.

    Beat well and mix in French onion dip and milk with salt and pepper.

    Place in greased 9-inch casserole dish and refrigerate.

    If using immediately, bake at 350° for 45 minutes until light brown. Serves 8 to 12.
