Great Rhubarb Pie

  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells
  • 1 1/3 to 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. orange extract
  • 4 c. cut up fresh rhubarb or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients but margarine.

    Pour into pie shell and dot with margarine, then put top on pie.

    Cut slits and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

    Bake at 425° for 35 to 50 minutes.
