  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. low-fat oleo, softened
  • 2 c. fat-free Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 green onion tops, chopped fine
  • 4 oz. ripe olives, chopped fine

Directions

    Split French bread down the center lengthwise.

    Mix together mayonnaise, oleo, cheese, garlic powder, green onions and olives. Spread over the French bread.

    Bake at 325° until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 to 35 minutes.
