  • 2 whole Medium Yellow Squash
  • 2 sticks Melted Salted Butter
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 pounds Feta Cheese
  • 1 box Cornbread Mix (8.5 Ounce Box, Jiffy)

Directions

    Peel, seed and grate squash - you will need between 6-8 cups.

    Mix all ingredients together, pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    This is almost a meal itself!
