  • 1 whole Whole Wheat Tortilla (taco Size)
  • Olive Oil For Brushing
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Onion, Thinly Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Olives Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons Cucumber, Diced

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, placing a baking stone or upside down baking sheet in the oven as it heats.

    Lightly brush tortilla with olive oil.

    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tortilla, then place diced tomatoes evenly around the tortilla.

    Next top tortilla with red onion, black olives and feta cheese.

    Place pizza on your baking stone or sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes until browned and crispy.

    Remove from oven and top with cucumber.
