- 1/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Red Onion, Thinly Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Black Olives Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 2 Tablespoons Cucumber, Diced

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, placing a baking stone or upside down baking sheet in the oven as it heats.

2Lightly brush tortilla with olive oil.

3Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tortilla, then place diced tomatoes evenly around the tortilla.

4Next top tortilla with red onion, black olives and feta cheese.
