- 1 package spinach
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups feta cheese crumbled
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 4 tablespoons romano cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
Directions

1Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust.

2Bake at 400F (200C) for 3 minutes.
