  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 4 tablespoons romano cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg

    Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust.

    Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.
