- 4 c. yellow squash
- 4 slices torn bread
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick margarine
- paprika
Directions

1Cook squash until tender in slightly salted boiling water. Drain and mash.

2Mix torn bread, milk, cheese and beaten egg well.

3Stir in squash.

4Use 1/2 stick margarine to dot bottom of casserole dish.

5Pour in squash mixture.

6Dot with remaining margarine.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
