Green Bean Casserole

  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook beans down.

    While beans cook, saute onion in oleo. Drain beans; add onion, cheese and soup.

    Place in greased casserole.

    Crumble crackers into remaining oleo until absorbed. Sprinkle crumbs on top of casserole and bake at 350° until brown.
