  • 4 c. hot cooked green beans
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Combine green beans and celery in 5 cup casserole.

    Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, salt and vinegar.

    Gradually add the milk.

    Beat egg white until stiff.

    Fold into mayonnaise mixture and pile lightly on top of beans.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake 15 minutes at 400°, until sauce puffs and browns.
