- 1 lb. fresh or frozen green beans
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 6 small onions
- 1 large lemon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Slice beans in thin slivers. Cook 5 minutes. Cool. Cut onions in thin slices. Add beans along with mixture of salad oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper and paprika. Chill in refrigerator several hours to develop flavor. Serve as salad or relish.
