- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. French-cut green beans
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. salad oil (best with olive oil and red wine vinegar)
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. crumbled Blue cheese (4 oz.)
Directions

1Cook beans just until tender and drain.

2Fry bacon until crisp and crumble.

3Mix beans, bacon and onion rings.

4Combine remaining ingredients in dressing except cheese.

5Add cheese at last minute. Make 3 to 4 hours ahead of time.
