  • 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. milk, scalded
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 c. cooked green beans

Directions

    Mix the mustard, flour and salt in a double boiler.

    Add egg yolks; beat well.

    Slowly add hot milk until thick.
