- 1 lb. green beans (fresh or frozen), cooked until slightly tender
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 ripe tomatoes
Directions

1Drain cooked beans.

2Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute garlic and ham until soft.

3Add beans, salt and pepper.

4Cut tomatoes into thin wedges. Cook 5 to 10 minutes to mix flavors, tossing gently. Serves 6.
