  • 1 lb. green beans (fresh or frozen), cooked until slightly tender
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 ripe tomatoes

Directions

    Drain cooked beans.

    Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute garlic and ham until soft.

    Add beans, salt and pepper.

    Cut tomatoes into thin wedges. Cook 5 to 10 minutes to mix flavors, tossing gently. Serves 6.
