- 1 lb. hamburger
- flour for thickening
- garlic to taste
- 4 to 5 roasted green chilis or 3 to 4 cans sliced green chilis (use combination of hot and mild)
- chicken broth/water for volume
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Roast chilis in a shallow pan at approximately 350° for 10 to 20 minutes.

2Peel and chop the chilis.

3Brown hamburger; drain fat.

4Add remaining ingredients and simmer to desired consistency. I use a combination of green chili and jalapenos for roasting.
