- 1 lb stew meat
- 1 large onion, small diced
- 12 cup minced garlic
- 2 bell peppers, small diced
- 2 jalapenos, minced
- 2 cups green chilies, roasted, seeded and small diced
- 2 quarts beef stock
Directions

1Saute onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, green chiles and garlic until onions are translucent.

2Then add the stew meat and slightly brown.

3Add beef stock and simmer for 30 minutes.

4Adjust seasonings.

5Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
