- 4 lb. cubed pork (with some fat is better)
- 2 large onions, minced
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 large (27 oz.) can green chilies
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 lb. tomatillos
- 3 cloves garlic (to taste)
- salt and pepper to taste
- jalapenos, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cumin
- oil
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic. Brown pork with salt and pepper. Add all ingredients, except chilies. Simmer 2 to 4 hours. Add liquid as needed. Add green chilies for last half hour. Serve with cornbread and Tabasco Chipotle Sauce.
