  • 2 onions diced
  • 2 bags (quart sized 2/3 filled) green chilis peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 2 lg cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 TBL oregano
  • 1-2 tsp cumin
  • 1 quart/can chicken broth (make sure it covers ingredients)
  • 1-2 TBL mild chili powder
