- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. corn meal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Chop chilies fine and grate cheese.

2Preheat oven to 375°. Mix together the corn, slightly beaten eggs, oil and milk.

3In separate bowl, mix the corn meal, soda and salt together.

4Pour 1/2 the cornbread in 9-inch pan, then add chilies and cheese. Pour the rest of the mix over it.

5Bake for 45 minutes.
