- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Ortega whole green, peeled chilies
- 12 to 16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- salt, pepper, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Open chilies up and clean out seeds and seams.

2Lay out chilies flat in bottom of a 9-inch Pyrex pie plate (like a pie crust).

3Put cheese over chilies up to the rim.

4Mix beaten eggs and other ingredients.

5Slowly spoon eggs over cheese.

6Bake in a preheated 275° oven for 45 minutes.
