  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onions (chop very fine or saute slightly)
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Spanish seasonings, if available
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 pie shell (Pet Ritz deep dish)

    Sprinkle Jack cheese, 1/2 cup
