- 4 cans whole green chillies, chopped
- 1 large can whole tomatoes (28 oz.)
- 1 large bag yellow rice
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

2Brown in skillet with 1 tablespoon oil.

3Cut up chillies and tomatoes and add to chicken. Simmer about 10 or 15 minutes.

4Serve over yellow rice.

5Boneless pork chops can be substituted for chicken.
