Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 4 slices jalapenos (chopped)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (melted)
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles (hot or mild)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 1/2 small pkg. corn tortillas

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Add onions and green chilies and saute 2 minutes.

    Add all other ingredients and layer with tortillas (tortillas torn in half work best) in a 13x9 inch dish.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
